Virginia Haunted Houses
Virginia, known as the "Old Dominion State," Charles II of England quartered the arms of Virginia on
his shield in 1663, thus adding Virginia to his dominions of France, Ireland and Scotland. Also called the
"Mother State" because it was the first state to be colonized.
Haunted houses provide a scare or two for many families of the "Mother State."

Creepy Hollow Hayride
Richmond's """"Biggest and Best Outdoor Haunted Attraction"""" begins with a tractor drawn hayride though the horrors of Creepy Hollow. The Skull Garden, Torture Alley, Joe's BBQ Pit and the Creepy Hollow Cemetery are just a few of the horrors you'll witness. Those who survive the hayride will then leave the comfort and security of the wagon and proceed on foot through the Haunted Woods of Creepy Hollow, At the end of the trail you'll arrive at an old abandoned cabin full of surprises. All those who escape from the cabin are then welcomed at the Witches Brew for Cider and Treats.

Learn the meaning of fear in our Terror on 18th Street haunted house, or explore Richmond's oldest and most haunted neighborhood on our Shadows of Shockoe walking tour. 11 North 18th Street in Shockoe Bottom. Open Thursday thorugh Saturday nights through November 3rd.

Scream Forest
Richmond, VA Dare to experience Scream Forest! Scream Forest is an intense walking adventure. We put you out in the woods on foot, with nothing between you and the creatures of the night where no one cares if you scream! Escape from the forest and you'll find the undertaker's cabin, a haunted house full of suprises. Scream Forest is open select nights in October, see website for dates. Gates open at 7pm and the Screams begin at 7:30. Tickets sold weeknights until 10pm and until midnight Fridays & Saturdays.

Blackwell Manor
Sterling, VA - Yard Haunt with walk thru. Blackwell Manor will be hosting their terrifying 3rd annual walk thru haunted house at 15 Brookmeade Ct. Sterling, VA on 10/31 from 7pm-10pm. Scare free """"behind the scenes"""" tours will be offered to children ages 7 and under on Saturday, 10/27 from 3pm-5pm. This is a fantastic opportunity for little ones to enjoy the majority of the haunt in the daylight without ghoulish monsters running amok. The full tour will only be running Halloween night! We are proudly accepting donations for St. Judes Childrens Research Hospital at both events 100% of the proceeds will go to this wonderful organization!
