Goodsprings Haunted House
Our haunt begins on an isolated hill in the woods of western Limestone county where a dilapidated turn-of-the-century farmhouse awaits visitors. Legend has it that there was a family of six living in the home many years ago. One rainy October night, they all disappeared and were never seen again. Many have heard eerie cries and screams coming from the upstairs rooms, but none have been brave enough to enter. Are you? Goodsprings Haunted House is the oldest Halloween attraction in Limestone County. Refreshments will be aavailable on site.Goodsprings Haunted House features numerous scenes of blood and gore with live actors and extensive stage props. Expect to be frightened! Minor physical contact is a possibility. Those offended by such environments should not participate. This is a walking tour through an old farmhouse that includes stairwells. Directions from Major Interstate: Take hwy 231 north out of Wetumpka and follow the 4 lane until it turns into a two lane and go 6 miles and turn left on highway 29. Go aprroximately 6 miles and you will see the signs on the roadway. From Clanton, take Hwy 31 south to Hwy 22 and turn left, go approximately 14 miles to Kellys Crossroads, there will be a caution light there, turn right on Hwy 29 and go approximately 8 miles and you will see the signs.
